All STM training and development
programs begin with assessments to
provide exact information about where each individual needs improvement and set
realistic expectations for improvement. Follow up assessments are used to track
improvement scientifically. Here are a few of our core offerings.
1) Management
Development: A successful manager is an effective judge of talent,
a coach, communicator and fearless implementer. They are masters of the
operational side of an organization. There will be a shortage of experienced
and skilled managers in the future. STM will layout a path to select
high-potential candidates and develop them into productive people managers.

through people; they know exactly what they want and how to achieve it and they
communicate their requirements clearly. Effective leaders have identifiable

3) Communication
and Relationship Building: These are the core functions that
distinguish successful organizations. You may have a unique product or
service, but with global competition and the web, that advantage is time
limited. STM’s assessment process can precisely highlight weaknesses and
development needs of staff and job candidates in critical soft skills.
4) Assessment
Certification and Training: Because the ability to measure talent
is so critical to hiring and staff development, you may want to bring some or
all of STM’s assessment knowledge in house. STM can teach your Human
Resource, Sales and Marketing, Management or Leadership teams to apply the
assessments to your unique requirements.
Accounting and
Finance Management
STM has the skill and talent to do special
projects, acting positions and financial management or train your
staff to perform these functions. We specialize in healthcare, not for profit
and small business.
Where our staff really excels is training your
staff on their own systems or in generally accepted accounting practices and
financial management systems. This can be done remotely via the web and phone
or in person.
Small Business
Support
This is designed especially for small business
owners or managers who do not require a regular structured conversation with an
STM coach or consultant, but appreciate the flexibility of having an open phone
line to their STM coach.
Like you, our time is valuable but we do not want
to be placed in a position of billing per phone call, we want you to call when
you need to and not be overly concerned with the clock. In addition, we
appreciate hearing from you, and may take a minute to find out how you are
doing, how your last big project went, or how the new hire is working out. We get
to know you and your business through our assessments, regular interactions and
discussing on-going concerns and hopes for the future. Our coaches have worked
in companies both very large and very small; we understand your situation and
can be highly effective business advisors.
