Bill’s career includes an extensive background in corporate America and consulting.  Much of his time in corporate America was spent in senior management as Chief Information Officer, corporate Vice President and regional and national sales manager.  His consulting career specialized in management and leadership development, hiring and selection, problem resolution and change management.

Bill used to believe the best approach to business was face-to-face and nose-to-nose.  However, with today’s technology a consultant and change agent can  touch people and build a relationship with clients they may never see.

Bill’s primary focus has been devoted to changing management practices to ensure the viability and success of his client companies. His effort to improve lives is to reshape how employees are managed and to affect positive change in the businesses they serve.

He is often characterized as a giver and has received many community awards. He has received five Chairman’s Awards from Target Training International and has also been awarded Volunteer of the Year by the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce. He continues to volunteer his available time to work with the unemployed and under-employed.

Bill’s philosophy is if you continually invest in your personal development, the inevitable result is growth over time…doing nothing is like coasting through life.
